ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT
Once request is submitted, I will respond with availability and quote for your event.
Upon agreement of designs and pricing, a deposit of half of the total (or full payment) will be needed to hold the date.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pick up date.
There is a cancellation fee, 25% of your total order. This fee is non-transferable to another date.
If your order is already in process, payment is non refundable.
For holiday cookies, once payment is received, it is non refundable.
