ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT
Once request is submitted, I will response with availability and quote for your event.
Upon agreement of designs and pricing, a deposit of half of the total (or full payment) will be needed to hold the date.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pick up date.
Cancellation is accepted if order is not already in process. There is a 25% cancellation fee. This fee is non-transferable to another date.
If your order is already in process, payment is non refundable.
For holiday cookies, once payment is received, it is non refundable.
Your satisfaction is my top goal. Due to the nature of our products, return is not acceptable. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately.
Please take this into consideration when you order cookies to ship. I am not responsible for broken cookies, lost package or delay. Postal service is beyond my control (I had 2 broken and 2 delays out of my two years shipping)
I spend lots of time and effort to make your cookies. My job is to ship them out on time. If I make a mistake on my end, I more than happy to refund. Thank you for your understanding.
